Create a new account online and begin adding your property listings. For each listing, you can enter address information, rent and security deposit costs, detailed description, color photos, amenities and much more... You can add as many listings as you want and choose to activate those you wish to display on the website. Renters can view your listings online and contact you via phone, email or directly online using our Introduce Me! feature (see Question #6). You can also setup an Owner Page (see Question #9) where renters can view information about your company including a link to your website!

Yes! You’d be surprised to know how many people are looking for rentals in quiet neighborhoods within miles of downtown ! When adding a new rental property, just make sure to select the city and distance from .

3. How does get people to visit our website?
|

Excellent question – we advertise! -- and yes, it’s working! Our advertising includes many local sources including newspapers, print ads in local coffee shops (yes! we actually post flyers in coffee shops) and campus universities, radio (coming soon!), and persistent word-of-mouth! We also feel the Internet is here to stay (yes, it’s true!) and therefore focus on Internet search advertising including pay-per-click ads and organic search listing placement.

4. How does compete with other forms of advertising?

Although the newspaper is a great way of advertising, we are a ton cheaper and a ton more effective! Believe it or not, studies show a renter is more
willing to visit a website and view listing details rather than call an owner from a 4 line newspaper ad. It’s simply more convenient! Plus,
since we advertise in a ton of sources we can get you just as much, if not more eye traffic than a newspaper.

5. How do people contact me?

It’s simple! In fact, there are a few ways a renter can contact you. First, a renter can view your owner information directly from the listing
and choose to call you. Or, if you provide an email address, they can send you an email. The renter can also use the Introduce Me! feature to send you contact information via email.

6. How do I know people are viewing my listing?
|
|
It’s easy! You can easily view the number of visits to your listing details, photos and location mapping pages directly from your online account.

7. Do photos help in renting my apartment?
|
|
You bet it does… significantly! In fact, as a limited time offer, our staff will drive to your residence, take photos, and upload them onto the
